Mamofen is the tablet used to treat breast cancer primarily. It is the branded product and manufactured, as well as marketed by Khandelwal Laboratories Pvt. Ltd. It comes in the form of tablets and needs to be consumed orally. It comprises of Tamoxifen 10 mg.
It is a prescription drug, means that, it can be sold to the person, only when the person has the prescription of the doctor or medical practitioner. Mamofen needs to store in a cool, dry place and has to avoid direct sunlight. It needs to be swallowed with water and crushing, chewing or breaking should be avoided.

Mamofen blocks the effect of oestrogen making it anti cancerous. It is also used to reduce the risk of occurrence of breast cancer in women due to age or other high risk conditions.
