Veltam F 0.4 mg / 5 mg is a combination medication used to treat benign prostatic hyperplasia (BPH), commonly known as an enlarged prostate. It contains two active ingredients: Tamsulosin (0.4 mg) and Finasteride (5 mg). Tamsulosin helps relax the muscles in the prostate and bladder, improving urine flow, while Finasteride reduces prostate size by blocking hormone conversion. This dual-action formula provides effective relief from BPH symptoms such as difficulty urinating, weak stream, and frequent urination.
