Travatan 2.5 ml (0.004%) is an ophthalmic solution used to treat open-angle glaucoma and ocular hypertension. It helps reduce intraocular pressure (IOP) by increasing the outflow of aqueous humor from the eye, thereby preventing damage to the optic nerve. The active ingredient, Travoprost, belongs to the class of prostaglandin analogs, making it effective in managing eye pressure and protecting vision.
